Can I book a private play session for me and my friends?
Absolutely! Max of 14 kids plus their adults. $120 for 1.5 hours. Available weekdays. No cake or decorations please, this requires extra cleanup that we do not have between play sessions. Send us an email to set up your private session.
Do I have to arrive right on time for open play?
You do not, we leave a big window of playtime so you can choose when to arrive. We know it’s hard to get anywhere on time with young children.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my play booking?
You must cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour before your appointment to receive a make-up play session. No refunds. We recommend rescheduling vs cancelling, since you can reschedule as many times as needed. Go to your booking email confirmation and click “reschedule” to move it to a future date that works for you.
What is your cleaning and sanitizing policy?
We close the play space every 1.5 hours for 30 minutes to clean and sanitize the entire space. We use a fogger machine with VitalOxide (hospital-grade quaternary ammonium chloride base formulation) which is proven to kill 99.999% of harmful germs and bacteria. Read below for a reminder of being in contact with a group of kids. If you’d rather play it safe, schedule a Private Play session with a group you are comfortable being around.
We need you to know that our space and surfaces are clean, but being in contact with other children means that your child will get sick every so often. Here’s some helpful information to new parents: Pediatricians confirm that It's very common for your child to become ill with several viral illnesses shortly after beginning daycare or preschool, or going to classes or spaces with other children, up to 8-12 sicknesses per year. Sicknesses typically settle down after the first year of group childcare/activities. Several studies show that kids who are sick early tend to be less sick for the remainder of their preschool years. Immune systems tend to strengthen by age 6.
My baby is too young to play, do I need to pay for them?
Because we limit the amount of play spots available per play session, we need play passes to be purchased for every child that is ‘using’ the play space. Even if baby is only sitting or laying on the ground/carpet, we will need them to have a play pass. The only children that don’t need a play pass is newborns that aren’t leaving the car seat, carrier or caretaker’s arms.
For example (and this has happened), let’s say we have 8 kids on the roster and most of them have baby siblings that weren’t on the roster bc they are so young. Now the 8 kids are playing but there are babies lounging all over the place and it is too crowded to play safely. Paying for your baby ensures our capacity stays low and provides more space for playing.
I have a child older than 5, are we allowed to play?
Older children should get a little pep talk before entering, and be carefully watched. They are older than the group and need to refrain from running, climbing(!!!), horseplay etc. If the child is not able to play safely around the younger kids, we have some games and activities in the seating / dining area such as legos etc. We ask that you keep your child out of the play space if they are not able to play safely with the littles. Thank you for your understanding.
M A N D A T O R Y :
Everyone that is entering the play area must sign the play waiver for themselves and their kiddos. Click below to sign before you play. If you forget, we will have you sign in person.
